1. Who we are
Agents Makers is a brand of InteractiveAI, a company registered in Ireland ("InteractiveAI", "we", "us"). Agents Makers is the go-to-market and lead-generation brand for InteractiveAI's Interactive Agents framework; the data controller for any personal data you submit via this website is InteractiveAI.

2. What we collect via the website
- Contact form submissions: name, work email, company, role, and message content (stored for up to 24 months).
- Demo bookings: any information you enter into the HubSpot Meetings embed when scheduling a call.
- Product analytics: pageviews and anonymous interaction events via PostHog (EU region). We respect Do-Not-Track and do not use cross-site tracking.
- Error monitoring: unhandled errors captured by Sentry, without form content or message bodies.
3. What agents we operate for clients may process
When a client deploys one of our AI roles, the agent reads data from integrations the client has explicitly connected, e.g. help-desk tickets, CRM records, invoices. We act as a processor for that data under a data processing agreement signed with the client. Scope and retention are defined per engagement.
4. Legal bases for processing
- Contract: when you request a demo, send a contact message, or engage us as an operating partner.
- Legitimate interest: analytics, error monitoring, and prospect-relationship management.
- Consent: for any optional marketing communications you opt into.
5. Third-party processors
The Interactive Agents runtime is operated in-house by InteractiveAI (the data controller); it is not a third-party processor. We use the following third-party processors (EU-region where available):
- Vercel (hosting)
- Supabase (database, EU region)
- PostHog (analytics, EU region)
- Sentry (error monitoring)
- Resend (transactional email)
- HubSpot (demo scheduling + CRM)
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and equivalent frameworks you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing. Write to us at the address above and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
We'll revise this notice as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date.
